Victor Richards’s instinctive training is a training system that was based on shock and awe including what I called precision “strike” training!
When Jeff Everson, the Editor-in-chief of Muscle and Fitness, asked me to define it, I told him it was simply “muscle confusion.” When the article was printed, it gave the bodybuilding community a new term known as muscle confusion.
The first thing I noticed when I started training was that everyone was doing the same thing over and over again, and there was a lack of independent-minded athletes.
You can run with the pack, or you can think or look differently from the herd.
