After reviewing many things, I have concluded that blaming one man, Jim Manion, for all the problems that plague the sport of bodybuilding would be unfair and a bit of a stretch.
Jim Manion might have played a major role due to his tactics of bullying and intimidation but there are many players involved here. We have all played a role in it.
The first step is to change the mindsets of bodybuilders if we want meaningful change in the sport of bodybuilding.
